The Armani Group is proud to announce a partnership between Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and UAE-based master developer Arada for the design of the beach residences, common areas and amenities of this ultra-luxury addition to Dubai's skyline — including signature beach penthouses.
Construction began in November 2024, with the project valued at AED 700,000,000 (USD 190.6m) by the Land Department. The design architect is Tadao Ando, with Dar Al Handasah Consultants as architectural consultant and International Foundation Group carrying out the foundation works.
Sales have launched for the 53 residences, with an estimated handover in 2027.
